What my mom did was put my nieces car in hawk without my niece knowing the situation, which wasn't a good situation. Next thing the phone calls started coming in 3 to 4 times a day and I tried explaining the situation and at first they were sympathetic.I couldn't pay the loan because I found out my mom was deep in debt and I tried bailing her out.anyways to make a long story short they called everyday and threatened her and even came over to her house while I was there demanding payment.
